Hi! I’m Maria.

I’m a human! I am a mom to one bunny (Sweet Potato Pancake) and two guinea pigs (Midnight and Peregrin Took).

I live with my best friend (Nick) by the beautiful, brackish marshlands of what is now called New Jersey—the ancestral homeland of the Lenni Lenape People.

I write poems. I aspire to be a good and kind inhabitant of the planet.
